What data we process and why
- Enquiries from the form and e-mails: name, company, e-mail, phone, part description and attached photos. We use them to handle your enquiry and prepare a quote (legal basis: steps prior to a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep them for 3 years from the last communication unless the enquiry leads to an order.
- Orders and invoicing: the data needed to deliver goods and issue documents. We keep them for the period required by accounting and tax law, at most 10 years (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Website analytics (Google Analytics): only with your consent in the cookie bar (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The data are anonymised statistics on how the website is used.
Who we share data with
We do not pass your data to other companies for their own purposes. It is processed only by suppliers who run our website and e-mail (V+M Partners s.r.o., the hosting provider), carriers delivering goods and, with your consent, Google Ireland Ltd. for website analytics.
